S14 will tickover but not rev - did have Rongineer setup

Hello,
I previously had the Rongineer and Unichip Q setpup on my '88 Evo II but I had an issue with it massively overfuelling and hesitating and so decided to go back to standard.
I have now put it all back to standard and the car will start and run but won't rev at all, as soon as I tough the throttle it will stall.
I have recent plugs/leads/cap/rotor arm and coil.
I have changed the DME and fuel pump relays, tried another ECU, the AFM is a new recon item and a new TPS is fitted. I have now also changed the ICV and fuel pressure regulator as well as fuel filter.
I am now starting to think that perhaps the wiring to the AFM is not right, but does anyone else have any other ideas?
Could it be the injectors clogged or weak fuel pump(s)?
