hello whats involved in makeing my 325i into a 2.7 is a simple convertion like change heads ect or is it a differant bottom end

also could some one please tell me the diffreance between the 325i head and a 320 head thanks and last but not least how could i get some more ponys (bhp) out of my sport engine thanks for all your help

All 325i engines in the e30 are the same, there is no "Sports" version.

Use the Search function for the 2.7 conversion. there are a shit load of threads about it.

Quick way to make a 2.7 is a 525e bottom end fitted with a 320 head.
325 and 320 have completely different combustion chambers and are not interchangeable.
There are currently two threads running in "engine swaps" forum where most of your questions are already answered and you can ask further questions, so I'm going to lock this thread, as it gets confusing when similar threads run in different forums.
