E30 RUFF HIGH IDLE

one of my sports been sitting on the drive now for 8 months i started it today it was misfiring starting problem etc replaced checked for vac leaks and replaced the idle and maf sensors with good units it starts and runs alot better but it sits at around 1500rpm and im sure before it sat below 1k what else should i have a look at cheers dan
