Weird request, I'm building abit of a drift car, looking at doing a 5 stud swap for 2 reasons, more lock and half decent cheap coilovers, I want to run 16s and have read its hard to find 16s that will fit over m3 brakes, so my question is can I fit 328 brakes to m3 spindles/hubs? Cheers for any help in advance

No, the caliper spacing is different. A normal e36 caliper won't bolt to an m3 hub.

I think you'd have to fit standard e36 spindles on evo arms and offset bushes and see what the geo was like.

If it was workable, the standard e36 setup fits under 15s.

I think e30 m3 stuff might bolt to the e36m3 spindles, as I've read of conversions going the opposite way, but then e30 m3 bits aren't ever cheap.

You SHOULD be able to get away with any stock BMW 16" 5x120, ET47, 7J wheel (i.e. E36/E46 fitment) with 15 mm hubcentric spacers. But clearance is f*cking tight. I have this setup on mine and have found some slight contact between caliper and wheel, only under HARD use on track. Only one wheel though, so trying to source the issue - it shouldn”˜t make contact. There is also scope for shaving a mm or 2 from the corners of the casting webs on the calipers - the bits closest to the inside rim of the wheel.
