E30 Zone

Ive got to be at work today and for some reason I am no longer unable to lock my car off the keyfob, Ive had the car for over two years and have a spare fob which ive tried but still no joy - im unable to lock the car using the key and ive got to be at work at 4pm and dont want to leave my car locked!

Anyone got any ideas?

Its a Laserline alarm - i do have a 'maual' that came with it but believe it or not there is no model number on it!

Chances are that the whole central locking has failed. Red/black wire modification required!
In the meantime, why won't the doors lock with the key? Have you tried locking the driver's door with the button and the passenger door with the key, or locking the passenger door with the button before closing the door?
