Have you got an alarm fitted?

I bought car 2 months ago it looks like it had or still have some sort of alarm because there is siren under bonnet but I never used it. In ash tray I found one button fob with BMW letters on.

Can you key the alarm on and off again.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 30min then reconnect.

Fob never (since I own the car) had batteries in. I tried to disconnect battery but when battery connected again about 30 sec later hazards comes back on again.

Suggest you try putting some new batteries in the fob.

Alternatively, disconnect the appropriate fuse (if fitted) to the alarm, and reconnect the link that the immobiliser circuit has been spliced into, which will either be to the igntion coil or the green wire that goes under the dashboard, usually visible if you remove the glovebox.
