Hope you all had a good christmam, just befor chistmas i kill the engine in my 320 so its 2.5 time and i need to now if the pre face lift 2.5 engine will run ok in my face lift 320, id be useing the ecu tb and inlet manifold from the 2.5, thats if the ecu will plug in to the 320 loom

It should go ok, the only problem you might have is with the connection for the ECU under the dash, just check it before you start....

Some pre-facelifts had the later type engine loom connection.
If this one does then change the loom with the engine, its a lot easier

Keep the engine loom and ECU with the appropriate engine. Just change the C101 plug on the bulkhead (just inboard of the fusebox) if neccessary.

thank for the replys, so the pre face lift cars can have the engine bay loom removed without the rest of the loom, witch is wot i should have asked the first time
