Any one know where I can get a 'new' replacement rear panel.

BMW want +£300 +VAT +shipping from Germany

I have tried calling most of the pattern panel companies google returned, but they all say they can get any.

But at least a panel is available.

Buying,even at £300+ will be cheaper than getting your bodyshop to make one from a flat sheet of steel!

bmw do not ever charge shipping ? have you tried rining another dealer or posting in the cotswold section on here ?

i bought one from bmw for around £140 i think all in

being how it all lines up and has to be perfect- i personly wouldnt touch a pattern rear panel, wings and stuff you can get away with and even they need a lot of lining up/hasstle to fit properly, but not a rear panel

Im with polsta on this one, £300 are you sure, I got mine from local dealers for £130. Shouldn't be that much difference between dealers

Just called Northampton BMW and they quoted £220 + VAT, for all rear panels (316/318/320 & 325). I dont suppose you have got a part number of the panel you got or any other info.

I will call Cotswold BWM now see if they are any different.
