E30 Zone

Hiya all another day another e30 problem lol my white sport been parked for sum time and the when i started it up today the car steering is rock solid to turn once warmed up it turns ok but lumpy would that mean the pump gone bad as such lol

Assuming you have checked the oil level and belt condition? Lumpiness would make me think air in the system or slipping belt maybe? Hopefully!
