Over heating plz help

Hello e30 guru'z I'm over heating does anyone Knows we're the pleading nipple on 88 rad is? Sorry I'm not very machinicaly minded any help will be appriciated thank helmi

Bleed nipple is an 8mm screw on top of the thermostat housing, not on the rad.

Ohh okay thanks when I'm filling the coolant back up do I leave the heating on a cold or hot and on what speed 1or on 4?

Heat on full, fan on max
