Wiring for a stereo

Hello, Just wondering if anyone can help. I want to fit an aftermarket stereo, but behind the blank space of where a stereo should be, I cant see anything to connect it too! can anyone provide pictures or a good explanation please?

The power ( permanent live, switched live, panel lights and earth) come from a four pin section of the accessories socket behind the glovebox. The speaker wires are twisted pairs of wires in various colours, and the aerial feed is black coaxial.
A radio was not a standard fitment on an E30, so, if yours has never had one, none of this may be present, except for the empty section on the accessories socket.
