Inner rear wheelarch rot

Came across rot in both inner rear wheel arches on my E30 yesterday, car looks mint from the outside everywhere, can this be sorted or is it weigh in time? Am gutted, i had big plans for this car, any help would be much appreciated

Inner arches can be had from the dealers and be replaced. Don't give up man.

you should be able to use a flap disc on a grinder to get them back to bare metal

then hire in a mobile welder to weld them all up and flatten back the welds

then buy some hammerite primer and a tin of soothrite back sludge, apply 2 coats of eachc

followed by some spray shultz (loads of)

job's a good um

should see you for a few years and won't cost much all

post some pics and we'll me more than happy to offer advice

don't worry, its not a big or expensive job

Really? Any idea how much they are? So far i have welded up the passengers footwell and floor and done a lot of work on it, got an M30 all ready sat there waiting for it, then i cam across this :-(

Will strip it all out and have a better look, was trying to get all the front finished first but i will have a good look, thanx guys, it would break my heart to scrap it, ive had it 3 yrs and being doing bits on it and gathering all the bits i need for the conversion

It can be sorted, get some pictures up. Imo id have them replaced but its expensive. Have you had a look at them from in the boot behind the carpets?
Im going through the same on my car which had some horrid repair in the past, slowly grinding it down reveals only a small-ish hole.

I will strip all the boot out and the rear seats so i can have a proper look
