looks like a slammed karmann ghia to me in valvers sig.
Most 750s have edc electronic damping which also incorporates a self levelling device on the back. You really need to replace like for like ,they are about Ԛ£500 new! . The last one i needed i got from a frag yard for Ԛ£10 ! but a real sad job to remove. You need to remove the electric rear seat to undo the top mount and i can guarantee you will have drama with the hydraulic pipes. One of the many reasons why an old 750 is as desireable as bum cancer !. Good luck !

You can replace it with standard suspension.

Loads of aggro to replace edc with standard, and you have to buy the standard struts as well. Put it on ebay some council type with illusions of grandeur will get all moist at the thought of handstitched leather ashtrays to put his lambert ash in ! :) .
My last 750 was free as well ,i had just taken Ԛ£700 off the victim 3 months earlier for suspension work (he got the Ԛ£10 shock,at a slightly inflated price i might add !). I had to araldite the rad and do some minor aerosol repairs and i then served it to a victim for Ԛ£!000 :)
