N/s indicator constantly on?

My n/s indicator is on constantly (not flashing just on) with the ignition on or off and my speedo doesnt work now? any ideas as to why this is?

Check fuses to start with mate, could be a short check bulbs, process of elimination good luck.

that was the first port of call. took both fuses out for the hazards and the indicators still no luck. it does go off for a short while after ive moved the stalk up and down a few times tho.

All three bulbs on the LH side?
Including the instrument panel tell tale?
All at full brightness?
