Need to know if an m20 sport box will fit on an m42 is block?? My is box is near its end being noisy in all gears other than 4th and oil change produced a lot of meta, sparkly fluid!!!! I have a 325 m20 gearbox and woundered if it would just bolt straight on?? Or do I need to swap other bits over??? Any advice would be appreciated.

yes it will fit but will sit at the wrong angle. better to flog that box and either get an is box.

Not only does it sit at a different angle, but it's also noticeably longer meaning you'll need to swap your prop too.

Just get a proper box.
