I have seen a set of prosport coilovers On eBay for about £220.
Are they any good?
I am thinking that the coilover route is the best as I have just bought some 17s and I want the car to sit right. Also, I will be doing a m52 conversion next year so I may need to adjust the suspension again.
Thanks

They're cheap but cheap for a reason. Harsh ride and the quality isn't great, I've fitted them to customers cars and the shocker has failed a couple of months after

Really? So what's the cheapest make you would recommend or should I just change the springs and add a set of really good coilovers when I have the money?
Thanks

GAZ do kits for about £700 I think it is, And are very good from what I've read.
I've fitted a fair few sets of BC coilovers at work at the customers are very happy but I'm not sure how they are on an E30, they're also similar priced at around £700

A lot of people like the BC Racing setup. I like their design in that lowering the car doesn't lessen shock travel. Only ever driven one car with them, he had them setup very firm. A mate had them approved by his dad, said they rode better than his previous setup which was bilstein and eibach I think.
