My thoughts are its fooked and not worth fixing as cost way more than its worth unless its totally rust free! Bad times!

You need to get the rear seats up, and look for the head of the bolt that's holding on the rear subframe. Check that general area for metal distortion. You should also check the rear corners of the sill where the subframe support plate bolts on (two bolts through the sill).

If there's serious distortion in the metal, you might as well scrap the car; you'll have bent the back end so badly that you'll never get the geometry back in line. If things are ok there, you'll still need to drop the subframe to repair the trailing arm you've bent, and to assess any damage to the diff mount. You'll then need to cut out part of the boot to weld in a new section, as well as a whole rear quarter panel. Pictures of inside the boot would also help to assess the damage.

Either way, a lot of work to get that back on the road 8O

Well if someone makes me something half sensible for the whole thing id take it. The engine had a cam belt kit and water pump Saturday . It had a new head gasket before I bought it. Prop was balanced before I bought it. The engine runs sweet . I'm from Kent bromley

I did similar with a Merc 190E, after fishtailing coming off a roundabout in the rain, then whacked a foot high kerb.

Except, I was lucky in that damage was confined to a mangled multi-link suspension link, that once replaced, straightened it out.

I take it you won't be wanting a chip next weekend now then?!

It may be worth getting an estimate from a bodyshop to see if it's worth pulling it straight again - it probably could be done...
