E30 Zone

Will an m51 325tds manifold and turbo fit onto an m52 engine in an e30?

I got one spare, and was wondering...........

No it won't sorry.the m52 has 4 bolt holes per cylinder outlet on the head.where as the m51 tds manifold has 2 bolt holes each.i test fitted one to my m20 but studs didn't line up

Could allways cut the flanges off n weld m52 ones on there or get gunni to make a custom manifold

If I cut flanges and weld m52 ones on, would the turbo fit in the gap between body and engine?
Also, would the std m52 lump handle the pressures created?
