Lately my 1990 320i behaves strange
when I drive slow with clutch up and around 1200 rpm and then press it and stop the engine drops idle like it get's in some kind of stall mode and when I try to move in first it jerks a bit and then pulls off, and after that drives like a dream. Parking becomes very annoying because of this, car stalls if I do't pump the gas all the time...
what should I check? Also when fully warmed and idling I can notice very slight movement up n down of rpm needle and engine changes tone slightly?

Sounds like your clutch may not be releasing properly so it puts strain on the engine even when the clutch pedal is pressed in.

Are the clutch slave and master cylinders new?
