As above I have a rust hole in the passenger side front wing from the top of the side skirt along the arch to just below trim below the side repeater, probably about the size fag packet side on - driver side is fine.
Is this an MOT fail?, car is due an MOT to sort out a few minor niggles then the plan was put it into the bodyshop to replace this panel and sort the bodywork

They will fail corroded bodywork if it's structural or deemed a danger to people FYI.

Ive had cars pass with holes in the wings before no problem, if you think the tester could be fussy then just tape over it as advised

most mot testers will tell you if it cant be seen they cant fail it hence my old sooty van was more gaffa tape than metal for some time lol
