Check Control Panel

I may well be about to embarrass myself but...
Can someone tell me (or show me with pictures) the difference between the bosch and Hella Check control panels? (or have I been fed duff information?

Basically my check panel has lost its check button - sprang off into the car somewhere but can't find it and have been asked the question which type is required.
