Has anyone ever wired a rear view mirror with map reading lights into a cabby?

I've read the wiki, just wondered how fiddely it is to do and how tech savvy you've got to be?..

Your first problem will be to solve how to get the wiring into the mirror stem....

I thought the same, but if you look at the wiki it looks good.
