Both parts you require still definately available from BMW.

Gearbox part Nr 2 definately dealer only - if you are refurbishing the linkage it makes sense to replace 4, 7, 14, and 6 to do a proper job - this is such a cack job you need to do it all in one hit.

ECP may be able to get you the bumpstops
