rear electric windows

was wondering how easy or hard it is to fit electric windows in a four door saloon or u reckon its not worth the hassle

As long as the fronts were factory fitted, the wiring for the rears will be all there, at least up to a socket behind the B pillar trim, two thirds of the way up. Just the switches to be fitted to the console.
About half of cars, IMO, will have the rear door loom fitted as well. If yours has these, then it's just the simple matter of swapping the mechs. and fitting the switch to the door card. If you don't have the looms fitted, then get them when you buy the mechs., and swap it with the locking looms already in there.

I retro fitted rear electric windows in my Touring last weekend....a couple of hours at most and very easy to do.Even the center consol has the appropriate sections to cut out for the additional switches if you turn it over,so when finished it looks like a factory job!

Plus four switches, something to block the manual winder hole in the door cards (or replacement ones), and possibly the door looms.
