Which Springs for my track slag

Guys
I'm putting a track car together with the following random spec:
2.7 eta block, 325 head, BTB manifold and BBTB
Sump Guard
Eibach Front and Rear adjustable ARBs
Eibach front strut brace & rear strut brace
Braided lines, green stuff pads
16" alloys with 40mm profile tyres
Spax PSX adjustable shocks
The car will be MOT'd for the road (as my local race track is only 25 miles away) so I don't want it riding too low as the roads are sh*te round here.
I'm buying springs next and I'm unsure whether to go for Eibach or Spax ??
I think the Eibach are probably better but was thinking of using matching shocks and springs.

For a genuine track slag focused car this is the one time I would seriously consider going coilover as I reckon any general road orientated springs will still have it rolling all over the gaf. It'll be a grim journey there

I'm sure that Dan's track slag has Coilovers and no ARB's on it

I'm not splashing out close to a bag of sand on suspension when I've never driven an E30 on a track.
My thinking is that if I get into it I'll go down the coilover route eventually but I'm trying to keep the budget down on this one and I'm already at over 2 bags !!
Back to the question gents !

Go for something on the stiffer end of the scale then, perhaps H&R?
Eibachs are typically very soft and comfy for road use.

Only a 35mm drop though - are they stiffer than Eibach/spax ?

H&R's on mine are pretty hard.
Low isnt really desirable anyway. Handling requires sensible suspension geometry, and dumping the car on its ass ruins most of the geometry.

I'm here to learn - thanks. H & R springs are looking like a good option.
