E30 Zone

My friend just called me and he removed the 4 cyl overhead dual cams and don't know how to reinstall them nothing was labeled.
He had the head worked and ready to assemble. Any instructions on how to get him going? How do you ID the cam caps. intake and exhaust? Any sites that maybe helpful? The car is a 91 e30. Thanks
