Heated window and mirrors

My rear heated window and mirrors don't work. I don't think it's the fuse as I've checked them all and none are blown. But I don't know if maybe it's missing the fuse as my fuse box doesn't have a diagram for what fuse is what. Any ideas what I should look for? Or if it's not a fuse what else could it be?

If the mirrors themselves work, the heated glass should work. If it doesn't, the elements are dud.
Does the HRW switch light up when you push it in? If so, the fuse (#8) is OK. If the switch lights, and the screen doesn't heat at all, then it's probable that one of the terminals on the sides has been broken off.
Fuse positions are in the handbook, not on the fusebox.

Yeh the light lights up. I've checked the handbook and there is a fuse so I need to look for another reason.

Fairly obvious one, but have you checked that the push-on connecters for your HRW are actually pushed onto the screen tabs?

If you find that one of the tabs has broken off intact, you can buy conductive glue that will reaffix them successfully (well, it was successful for me!).
