Can anyone recommend a good bodywork man in Kent/Surrey?

Can anyone recommend somebody to sort the bodywork on my chromie? I live on the border of kent/Surrey. I'm busy collecting panels at the moment and only need a set of front wings if anyone has some rust free ones for sale?

Unfortunately its a little ropey round the edges at present. Needs rear arch repair panels fitting which i've got, sills need patching and a bit of welding in the boot and inner wings too. The rear valance needs tidying too then partial respray to finish it off nicely.

Any recommendations would be great so I don't get ripped off or end up with a crap looking effort. :(

I got my chromie sorted at a place in Purley a couple of years ago and am very happy with the work they did. I can't remember the name of the company but their website is here: >>Clicky<<. The proprietor Steve is a top fella.

They did the rear inner/outer arches and a few other miscellaneous bits. There are some work in progress and finished photos on page two of my photo thread: http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... 5&start=25.

I can recommend this one - good service and standard of work (sprayer is ex-Aston Martin), yet affordable:

Thanks for the responses gents.

I'll get on the case as I'll need to get it sorted for the next MOT.

If you know of any second hand front wings for sale. Please let me know.

Cheers

Rich

erm first trained as an aircraft fabricator??

The last bit of work I saw from him was starting out with a sheet of metal and turning it into a rear panel for a chromie. FTW

and thats the first time in a year that FTW has been used in its proper context.

And as for paintwork he has some very good painters that do about 15-20 cars a day with no comebacks. So it will match and be right first time. Without costing the earth.

If they are going to a good home call it £15 each. I am up at Ant's in a few days so could drop them off there?

Did you find the pics of the wings?

I found the pics of the wings. How bad is the rust on them? If its just surface rust I wouldn't mind having them.

I could pick them up late on next week as I'm off to the states on wednesday for a week

Yep, still on that number!!!
Not sure if it'll be this side of winter yet - and i've got no trailer to move it at the mo - and there's no front end on the mini - stripped back to the bulkhead!!!
I'll be in touch when i'm ready for it to be done and see what we can sort out!!!
