E30 Zone

Hi all i own a 1981 bmw 520i E12 had it fully restored and started moddind the m20b20 moter. ive put on a e30 325i intake manifold and injectors 60-2 crank pulley and sensor higher compreshion pistons and stand alone engine managment system with split seqential fueling, locked distributer. When i try start the car the moter turns very slowly and i dont get a puls from the sensor. put in a new batry same prob. car can be run started. if started i have a huge blind spot from 1/4 throttel to full throttel. only at full tilt does the car start pulling and only if im @ 2800rpm and above. The rpm needle also shows half the rpm of what it is supose to in the blind spot. any help plz

sorted the starting problem was the starter that was shot replaced it. but stil have the misfire when reving problem
