Got a couple of niggles need sorting

hi guys i bought an Automatic 316i Touring the other day and it has a couple things i dont like.
firstly once you get over 60 there is a wierd, quite bad vibration throughout the whole car and it starts to slow down sometimes. If you take your foot off the throttle it stops. Its hard to describe but it kinda feels like a car does when its labouring in gear. I cant work out if its a bad misfire or what. A mate reckons it feels drivetrain related like prop or something but if it is, then how/what do i check? It doesn't do it at lower speeds.
Also, when driving round town and normal speeds and you kick it down, it revs to about 4500rpm then just sounds like its hitting the limiter. Take your foot off slightly and it changes up quite jerkily. I topped the autobox fluid up yesterday but still does it.
And lastly, when driving home tonight, there was a faint, really fast clicking sound which only happens when on throttle even if your just feathering it, you take your foot off and it stops straight away. Any ideas? Sounded like it was coming from the steering cowling area
Sorry for the essay guys but its not nice to drive and im a bit dissappointed
