Central locking questions

Hi,
Sorry if this is a much repeated question but im new here and havent been able to find any answers yet
. Im looking for a 325i and have found a "possible" ...it all sounds good with right mileage, history, condition etc etc.....but as with all these things it does have one noted problem....check info supplied by seller below, and if anyone has any info ideas on wether this will be a cheapish easy fix or a potential money pit please let me know 
Sellers quote -
"The problems.
The central locking has stopped working leaving 2 doors locked with the dead locks on (can't open them) 1 door unlocked that we can't lock and the drivers door lock not working properly.
The electric windows & sunroof will occasionally blow a fuse, I guess the mechanism probably just needs looking at "

central locking could be a plethera of things like the c/l unit (behind the driver speaker pod)or the multi plug in the driver door pillar.
