would have thought you'll need a press to get balljoints out and in, so whole arm off.

Be easier off the car,but there again,I just swap the entire wishbone!

For £30 you can get a new arm with new ball joints so its not even worth messing about paying someone to press the old ball joints out

just had a look on gfs parts and each lower arm is £47,but what does (BQ) stand for is it bmw quality? and will it come with inner and outer ball joints on it?

it will come complete. with both ball joints ,
i dont think you can buy them empty

BQ = Better Quality. (usually Lemforder)
