E30 Zone

Hey guys you know i said about my car was coughing alot and being really kinda slugish, i have been reading in the haynes manual for my car (86 318i) and the fault finding under the injectors section have some very similar explinations do you think the injectors could be the problem? thanks guys ;)

Coughing would normally be something to do with fuel input so maybe injectors but I would first try a new fuel filter. Easier and cheaper. Fuel pump working intermittently perhaps. Check it out under the rear seat. Could be all sorts of things really so check all air hoses/filter and electrical contacts too. Good luck with the hunt!
