Sunroof removal and refitting help

Hello people,
Just need some help with removing and replacing my electric sunroof panel for a mint one.
My Haynes has nothing on it, so what is the correct procedure for doing this?
Anyone got a detailed instructions for it? (maybe from a Bentley manual or similar)
Also while its out is there some maintenance for the moving parts to be carried out?
Also... I am replacing my wing mirrors, is that just a case of popping off the interior triangle trim, then two or more bolts / disconnect the electrics -> pop off -> then replace.
