Hi All

I tried to remove the 2 bellhousing sensors from the car, one came out easily, but the other one broke at the at the top and now it is stuck.

Does anybody know an easy way to remove the sensor without removing the gear box.

Many Thanks

Simon

An alternative solution would be to fit an engine loom, crank pulley sensor, ECU, etc. from a later car.

Would not the original 2 sensors still have to be removed though Brian :?:

if they are disconnected they are best left in as hole plugs !

Makes more sense than fitting blanking plugs i suppose.

Apologys to

I would love to know and 'easy' way to remove these sensors as I have suffered the same fate as the OP. I guess all those heat cycles over 23 years take their toll!
