325i tappet adjustment cost

Was wondering how much anyone has paid to have these adjusted, need them doing but i need to know a ball park figure. Cheers

It'll cost you the price of a rocker cover gasket if you do it yourself!

Go on, get your hands dirty. It's not too hard
Although i've never done M20 tappets, i have done plenty of others, and they seem quite nice to do in comparison. Try doing a Vauxhall Viva...you're meant to check them with the engine running! That was my first mechanical job on my first car at 17

++encouragement! easy job... once you've done it you can buy your mates some beers with the money you saved and casually mention your awesome mechanical skills.
