Flashing light

Hi, a light on my dash keeps flashing, i think its to tell you when your brakes are nearly done, but i checked my brake pads and they are fine, anyone help me?

Dodgy connection / connector / wire, on one of the wires to the brake pad? Mine had broken at the rear (on the right); 30 secs with a soldering iron & all's happy again

Totally off the subject here but i just had to ask where you got those lovely silver rings going around your speedo and rev counter?
