Most on here say NGK.

I've always used NGK on mine but it did have Bosch plugs when I got it. Can't say I noticed any difference.

I use the NGK BPR6E even though according to the NGK parts website they are meant for the pre face lift engines.

W8LPR recomended for early m20. The ngk's were to soft and burnt to hot. Ment you were changing them circa 10k as opposed to 30k.

I like Bosch (German!) but don't think there is much difference if you buy the right ones.

Question (and thread hijack) - does any BPR6ES plug work? I've got a set sitting here and the end caps that usually cover the threads look different and won't come off! Is it possible that some are different?

You just need to get a set of pliers onto them. Or get yourself to the gym :)

Normally I'd agree, but I've already had the pliers on them and still no joy...I don't remember the end caps looking like this last time I bought them...

Quick question for the spark plug experts...

I ordered some NGKs from eurocarparts however they've sent me Bosch WR8LC. Anyone know if these are the correct model? Or shall i send them back?

those are the bosch for low comp m20b25 WR8LC or W8LCR. I use NGK, but to be honest its not going to make much difference.
