Have had a eratic idle when warm for about 2 weeks my local garage has said they have checked everything including vacum pipes ,cleaned idle control valve etc.. the car drives great no problems at all when driving just when you come to a stop the rev counter can either be bang on 750 rpm or jumping from 500 - 1000 rpm .
Cheers.

sounds like an air leak to me...trust me - I've spent 3 months trying to solve my idle control problems, replacing ICV, AFM's and the like and still no joy - now going to try replacing air intake boot

Anyone check the throttle position switch? (This should have been one of the first things they checked.)
