2 piece or 3 piece exhaust system???

Im currently doing a engine conversion to my 1988 e30, 1.8i to a 2.5 does it matter if I order a 3 piece system or 2 piece system??

not really,depends if one system has less overall bends

Depends on future planned mods!
Either system will fit the stock cast iron manifold(do check the number of studs on the down pipe joint!)but a three piece system will enable a fabricated steel manifold to be fitted....
