IMMAC 318IS WITHOUT BLOWN HEAD GASKET!

In responce to what I put on the other dayI have just found out that it wasnt the head gasket but the bottom end gone (cylinders 1 & 4 have dirty great scores down them leading to no compression). As the cylinder head end is fine (3 years old) I can sell it and all the top end bits from the recent rebuild to help finance the 325 conversion (watch the classifieds on this site or email bjornstorey@hotmail 07814 378301 if interested).

I now hopefully have a non shunted but non motd 325I lined up for the donor and am basically looking for tips. I know Adam & Jimbob are about to embark on a 2.7 and will be watching for updates.

Can any one out there think of the potential problems Im about to run in to and if so what are the solutions?

Any one done the conversion before or know of any info sites that may be useful?

Out of curiosity how difficult is it to track down an eta engine and what is exactly envolved in a 2.7 conv?
