Hi my powerhood dont work!

Following the link someone sent me before

I went to the control box and cannot find the current in the circular silver things on the unit is that where I should find a 12v current if I was to earth it?? I am getting a current in to the box as I could see a 12v current on the pipe thing between the blue things on each side!!

the motors do work as I have check them with 12v and it did work with the switch before!

just go down to the bottom and press "download ..with file factory basic"

Ive downloaded it and opening it using winrar however it say there is an error with the archive
