Basic stuff, almost the same as a F**d,I would have thought.
Lift the car and support properly and remove the road wheel
Pop the track rod end out with a ball joint splitter
Unscrew from the track rod
Replace with new item....
I found that the track rod end was reluctant to unscrew,so I used my blowlamp to warm it up after spraying with my favourite releasing fluid. There are a pair of 'flats' on the track rod that you can use with,I think,a 17mm spanner so that you can hold the blighter still whilst you work on the rod end.
Marking the rod end will help you to get the new one's in almost the correct position, but I would suggest that you set the tracking up as well!

I'd unscrew it before popping the ball joint. Otherwise you have to hold both bit, and turn one against the other.
Leave the ball joint connected, and the rod end can't turn.
