Driver's side rear window.

No probs on going down, but takes an age to go up, slow slow slow (all other windows normal).

Motor issue?

Oh dear, stopped going up at all now and stuck in a half way position.

How does one access the rear window mechanisms on a cabriolet?

It was the switch!! (luckily!)

Thanks to Dave (and Willnz) for the advice 8)

(Are all the switches the same across all models?)

I'd imagine it's the switch contacts, when this happened to me the inside was totally corroded.

Lots of WD40 could bring the switch back to life. If its not working you have nothing to lose...

One of my switches worked a lot better after this.

Opened up the switch today and gave it a good clean (as per Dave and Will's link) - and it works! 8)

Also replaced the bulb for the autobox selector while I had the cover off.

Many thanks for the help guys 8)
