E30 Zone

Ok as mentioned, has anyone experienced when putting into first gear and move away it jerks when pressing the accelerator to drive and to get a smooth gear change its like i have to ride the clutch into second gear and so one rather then taking my foot of the clutch quick... anyone knows maybe what it could be? i have a MAF and that works well even when i had the AFM it was the same!!

Ok, i have an idea but to enlighten it, to ajdust the Throttle Position Sensor how is it done..
