keri-wms on here does kits at good prices. ive heard mixed reviews about hi spec , their main issue seems to be their after sale service ,or lack of ,if somethings gone wrong. ive also heard of problems caused by no dust seals on some of their stuff.

I'd go with Keri too as you can get the whole kit for 800 quid and he's great to deal with.
Plus, the option of fitting under BBS 15"s is a huge bonus!

depends if you're confident enough to make and design highly stressed parts of your braking system?? They'll work and have been done before. best check pad compound availability too.
www.rallydesign.co.uk
Sell the wilwood E30 kits, have heard bad stories about their braided brake lines so best get different ones, plus you'll also want 2mm wheel spacers from 'keri-wms' on here if you're running 15" BBS wheels.
One thing to consider is keri-wms's kit and rally design's kit use vw corrado g60 discs, with the centre bored +1mm and the retaining screw hole relocated. This means cheap, readily available replacement discs, ie GSF hold brembo discs in stock in most branches.
Ask hi-spec what they want for a set of e30 kit discs, just something to consider

That's the same for all the kits. . . The front brakes do most of the work.
It's a simple job to upgrade the rear calipers to E30 M3 spec calipers (E34 5 series or E32 7 series are the same IIRC) after or at the same time as upgrading the fronts. There's also a rear disc upgrade to Z1 280mm discs, but it's not worth it (I know I've done it at ridiculous expense).

You can use the larger Touring caliper with 35mm bore to increase brake performance a little at the rear axle.

What size are the pistons on the normal calipers at the rear?

I'll be removing my 302mm x 28mm setup and Brembo 4 pots in the next week or so,as I'm upgrading to 6 pots and 335mm disks.
The 302's will require skimming though or I can supply details of the disks I use with this particular setup,so you can obtain new ones

33mm based on when I asked although I wasn't model specific.

32mm I think Rich ???
M3 rear calipers, BTW, are 35mm.
k13, see my "E30 Front Brake Upgrade" thread
here. Should have some useful info for you. Fits under 15" rims but is full-on DIY.

Yep, I'm in love with the Porsche Boxter brake upgrade...
328 on the front and 294 on the back would be tasty!!!
