Just doing the cam belt and have noticed that there is an reinforced cable that runs outside the front cover. This is held in place by a metal clip, (now broken) this wiil allow the cable to rub against the rear of the fan pulley.
Cant see how to replace the clip and cant find it on the EPC.
Anybody any ideas?

Is this the wire that runs to the crank sensor? I had the same issue and zip tied it in place, a bit fuzzy on quite what I zip tied it to but it seems to be holding :)
