M20 or M30 serpentine belt conversion.

Anyone convert their M20 or M30 to a serpentine belt system?
I've seen a couple, but would like to see more. I'm thinking of making this a winter project.
I'd like to do this to
Use one belt
Make belt changes much easier
Make supercharger conversion in future easier.
