hi, ive recently bought two rear headrests with the fitting kit for my 325i, but dont know how to fit them? could anyone provide a quick guide on how i do it? would be greatly appreciated!

What is it coupe, 4 door, touring or cabby?

Once you take the back of the seat off it all becomes obvious.

Cut little holes in the fabric (in the right place for the headrest uprights to drop into)

Put the little ferrules or plastic surrounds (whichever you like to call them) into the holes so the headrest uprights run through them.

Mount the fitting kit in the seat.
