E30 Zone

hi,

i seem to have a problem with the deadlocks i think - as i have turned the key to lock i cannot open it again. if i turn to hard i will snap the key. passenger side has little play but still doesn't want to pop the door pin.
any advise or know how this would be fantasic as it driving me crazy.
